A couple more highlights (for Angel)

A couple more I like (some of the old standards, actually). You can let me know what you think of these for possible announcement choices. :)

For Michelle

I really think we had a great session today. I really do!!
When she grows into the hat we'll try again. :) (click on the image to see it larger)
I know, lots of kissy pictures happened...but they worked! How cute are the three of you??
A closer view of the action... ;)
Sweet sleeping girl.
She finally decided to look at me. I think she was giving me a dirty look...kidding :)
in Daddy's hands
and Mommy's arms. (Lucky girl, I'm sure she's going to look just like you!)
Many more to come in the next couple of weeks. I had a great time, and it was nice to see you guys after so long!

Finally...

That's right, finally! Finally, I came to your house and took pictures of your sweet baby boy like I said I would. I had so much fun meeting you guys today and getting to know H. I'm so excited I'm going to get to work with you all year long and see him grow. You've also inspired me to decorate my house a little better! (For everybody reading this, H's mom is an awesome interior designer. Their house is just beautiful.)

Well, like I said, it only takes a few seconds (and he was truly only asleep for a few seconds!)
Doesn't he look so peaceful and rested, just as if he had been napping all afternoon?

I love his little expression on this one, and how the sun was shining right on his face.
Too bad he didn't want to do the basket thing after this one shot, because he sure was cute in it. :)
I love his sparkly eyes.
You are such a cute family. Thanks for going along with all my ideas. As he gets older, the ideas will definitely get more creative!
There will be many more to follow. Enjoy your little sneak peek!

The Belly and the Baby

So, good thing we finally did those belly pics, since the baby decided to come so soon afterward!
This is one of my favorites from the day.
Sweet. Before the sleepless nights started. ;)
And the cute little baby that was in the cute little belly...
Enjoying our little bit of early spring weather. He loved being wrapped up in the blanket. (And, P.S.-thanks for letting me lay your newborn on the ground.) :)
Mr. Bright Eyes.
I hope you enjoyed your sneak peek. I'll be working on getting the rest of those to you ASAP.

Sick babies, working overtime, and other random excuses...

So, I've been slack about blogging, as usual.
Thankfully, that's because I've been so busy lately, especially with newborns (which I L-O-V-E!) There have been 2 sick babies at my house (so sad), and I've just not been blogging...
So, what's new?
Lot's of people have been calling to ask if I'll be having any bunnies or lambs available for Easter pictures. Um, no.
Not this year, at least. I'm afraid it might be dangerous for the lambs and bunnies to have to live with me through the Easter season...
On that topic, though- Spring is almost here! What a great day we had today, so warm and sunny. I'm so excited for it to come and stay. If you're thinking of having a Spring session with me, reserve your date soon. They're going fast. It's a great idea for Mothers' Day/Fathers' Day gifts. Hint, hint...

Keep your eyes open for one of the Fresh Faces of Fall winners (Eliza), whose photo shoot I'll be doing this week. I hope she and her mom are as excited as I am!!

I'll be sure to post with some sneak peeks from that session.

OK, happy early Spring, everybody. :)

If you're having twins (or more!)...

I'm looking for brand new twins (or triplets) to star in my newborn gallery, and I'm offering a free session to parents of multiples who will let me photograph their babies within one week of birth. I know, that's a tall order, having a photographer over less than a week after giving birth. Trust me, it will be worth it!
So, if you're pregnant with multiples, or know someone who is, refer them to me for some free stuff. :)

Sweet C. - the Sneak Peek :)

I loved meeting the two of you today! I really had a great time, and I can't wait to watch C. grow over the next year.
I'm not sure we ever got a real smile out of her, but I told you I'm partial to the serious look. It works on her :)

I'm so impressed that she decided to chew her foot for the first time when I was there! I feel special.
Mom and the two kids. :)
You two are so cute together.
Actually one of my favorites so far. I love her dark, dark eyes and her rosy lips. So sweet.
Many more to follow...just wanted you to be able to get your fix. :)
